Payments
I accept payments with VISA or MasterCard.
All payments are handled through Stripe. Read more on stripe.com.

Taxes
All prices on the website are in danish kroner DKK and includes danish VAT, 25%.

Shipping charges
Shipping costs will be added at check out depending on your location and the weight of the parcel. You have the possibility to choose of untraceable or traceable shipping.
If there would be any delays caused by the freight company, I am not responsible.
For shipments outside of Europe, please write to contact@benediktegottlieb.com

Order confirmation
After making an order from my shop you will get a confirmation by email of the order.

Tracking
If you have chosen traceable shipping, you will get a tracking link by email.

Delivery
I do my best to dispatch all orders within 1-4 days.
Please have patience since this is a small business only run by one person.
Note that I am not responsible for any delays caused by the freight company.
